We extend our sincere congratulations to Amit Shaham and Ariel Epstein, for their paper entitled "All-Angle Nonlocal Metasurfaces on Demand: Universal Realization of Normal Susceptibilities via Multilayered Printed-Circuit-Board (PCB) Cascades", which has been awarded with the 2026 IEEE AP-S R.W.P. King Award.
The award-winning paper, that was published in the August 2025 issue of the IEEE Transactions on Antennas and Propagation, introduces a PCB-compatible metasurface design methodology that enables precise electromagnetic control across all incidence angles, including all-angle-transparent radomes and perfect magnetic conductor surfaces.

R.W.P King Award recognizes the best paper by an author under the age of 36 published in the IEEE Transactions on Antennas and Propagation during the previous year.
