M. T. Bevacqua and T. Isernia, in their award-winning paper titled "Support Reconstruction of Dielectric and Metallic Targets via the Contraction Integral Equation", which was published in the March 2024 issue of the IEEE Transactions on Antennas and Propagation, present a novel support reconstruction method based on the contraction integral equation, a smart rewriting of the scattering equations introduced to alleviate the nonlinearity of the inverse scattering problem.
The awarded paper will be available as open access until 31st December 2025

R.W.P King Award recognizes the best paper by an author under the age of 36 published in the IEEE Transactions on Antennas and Propagation during the previous year.
