Request for Proposals for Special Sessions

Dear Members,

We are currently in the planning stage for the 2020 IEEE International Symposium on Antennas and Propagation and North American Radio Science Meeting (www.2020apsursi.org). This is a request for proposals for Special Sessions at the 2020 conference.

Please submit requests to organize special sessions to Derek McNamara (This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.) or Shulabh Gupta (This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.) by October 22, 2019. Each proposal should include the title of the special session, a brief description of the topic, and justification for its designation as a special session. You should also indicate whether the proposed session is for an AP-S, CNC/USNC-URSI, or joint session. All proposals should be submitted in PDF format.

Special sessions will be selected and finalized by the end of November 2019. At that time, additional instructions will be provided to the organizers of the special sessions chosen for inclusion in the conference. The associated papers or abstracts will be due Friday, January 17, 2020. A list of special sessions will be posted on the conference website in December 2020.
