Chapter Chair Travel Grant Application to Joint AP-S MTT-S CCM at MAPCON

The Joint AP-S-MTT-S Regional Chapter Chair Meeting (CCM) at MAPCON-2024 is scheduled for December 12, 2024, from 3:30 PM to 7:30 PM in Hall MRG-06, Floor Level-1, Hyderabad International Convention Centre (HICC), Hyderabad, India.

Travel Grant Application: AP-S Chapter Chairs and Joint Chapter Chairs are encouraged to submit a travel grant application for attending the Regional CCM in MAPCON 2024. Note that the domestic travel grant is capped at USD $500, while the overseas travel grant is capped at USD $1,950. This grant covers air/train travel and accommodation up to 3 nights for CCM attendees. Claims (in actual) can be reimbursed through IEEE CONCUR by submitting an expense report. *Chairs/officers representing AP-S/MTT-S Joint Chapters may apply for a travel grant from either AP-S or MTT-S, but not both. Only one travel grant per Chapter/Jt. Chapter will be considered.

Presentation Requirement: All AP-S Chapters, Joint Chapters, and Student Branch Chapters attending the CCM should prepare a five-minute presentation (no more than 4 slides including title slide) showcasing their 2024 Chapter activities.
