On 17 June, Prof. Mariko Burgin, President of the IEEE Geoscience and Remote Sensing Society and Prof. Stefano Maci, President of the IEEE Antennass and Propagation Society signed in Chicago an agreement aimed at fostering collaboration, knowledge sharing, and mutual support between the two societies.

On June 10, the IEEE MTT-S (Microwave Theory and Techniques Society), IEEE EMC (Electromagnetic Compatibility Society), and IEEE AP-S (Antennas and Propagation Society) presidents have renewed the signature on the "Agreement of the Sister Societies”.

This agreement is aimed at fostering collaboration, knowledge sharing, and mutual support among the three societies.
