Misuse
of Return Loss
May 19, 2009. Perhaps over 30% of all antenna
papers submitted to the Transactions in the past twelve
months have used return loss incorrectly. This misuse
of the term is occurring in other allied disciplines
as well. For passive structures, return loss is a positive
quantity and has the opposite sign of reflection coefficient
expressed in dB. Read

Submission
of Final Manuscripts Via ScholarOne
May 6, 2009. The final submission of accepted
manuscripts is now via ScholarOne Manuscript (previously
called Manuscript Central). From now on authors should
submit their final material via ScholarOne Manuscript.
The process is described in the decision email when
a paper is accepted.
Migration
to TAP Manuscript Central v4 from the current v1.8 took
place on October 4, 2008. Read
